I saw the 2nd one when it came through LA, it was actually reall interesting. In art and biology classes you see a lot images of how the body is put together, but to see it in person is really facinating. You see things only doctors normally see.

Seeing the cut away of an obese man, the form and shape of the fatty tissues was really horrifying in some ways. I could see some of my own body shape in it and what it had done to him. The musculatures were facinating, how muscles work in general. The effects of diseases, and general wear and tear on the body. I went with a group of people who included a dancer who pointed out to us that the ballerina was in fact a dancer and how he could tell. If you go in and really look at the stuff in there is can be really educational.

The funny thing was the creepy factor of it was not from the fact that you were surrounded by corpses, but by the people there. On kid was practically having a nervous breakdown when his parents were trying to go into the fetus room. The parents were fairly blind to it. Most kids seemed ok with the exhibit though.

yeah.. i dont know if i would want to see that part of the exhibit, being pregnant right now... hehe... i might skip that part... but the rest i am SO up for seeing.
