Saturday Night With Nothing To Do and Nowhere To go

Its been a while since iv stayed home on a saturday and im so bored im just playing loud music on my stereo and a few adult drinks may be involved has anyone else had a prety uneventful week besides me ?

I stayed home tonight against my will, so now I find myself watching Bender playing chef. Such an ironic thing considering there are the annual interuniversitary "olympics" and over 100,000 persons are an hour and a half away from home getting totally wasted. And I could be part of such statistic.

Yes. The week has been uneventful. Even more so for the night. Took a nap this afternoon, woke up in time to go do something, however the boyfriend is still passed out as of 4am. Sigh. It was actually a sort of bleh with rotten people kindof day. All kinds of tiffs and assholes out.

I bought computer parts in Kansas City........... couldn't go to a decent restaurant because it was fucking prom night............... but Jason's Deli was open....... they have a good corned beef sandwich.

I spent the late afternoon and early evening at this then had a nice dinner, rest of the night was pretty quiet. Was not in a mood to head out anywhere social so I caught up on research (Eastern Front of WW2)

I bought the DVD set when it came out...yet I STILL watch it when it's on the History Channel...

WW2 has always been a subject I've lost myself ever since I was a little kid...it's where I escaped into...I was the only kid that by 4th grade had an overall understanding of the Pacific Theatre of War in that era...I devoured books, movies, documentaries, TV shows...anything WW2 related...

I actually turned down my first "date" one afternoon...I picked reruns of Victory at Sea over going to the mall with the cute girl down the block one summer day.

Sad...but...just can't get enough of it.

yah im such a movie whore, it will be nice not having to drive to blockbuster and get disapointed they don't have the friggin movie i want... only $14.99 a month instead of $24.99 for movie pass!

how does that work? don't you have to wait for them to send you the movie in the mail? that sounds like a pain in the ass if it's like 9 o clock on a saturday night and you want to rent a movie, so then you'll get it like when, on tuesday?
