Communist party does not mean country is Communism. China is ruled by revisionist scum since 1979, when gang of four were dethroned by traitor Deng Xiaoping.

Country could per definition not be Communist. Socialism must come before Communism could be achieved. Socialist state will be dismantled day when class struggle is finally over.
