It's the lack of nipples. I wasn't too happy with it until I put the nips in. The left one is almost covered by her wrist.
But I agree it looks a little odd.

It's a combo of part Blade Runner, part Aliens Pulse Rifle, and a lil' bit of Hellboy's Big Baby. I wanted the Blade Runner part to be extra obvious.

Yeah I think it the size based on the angle.

Exactly,the lack of shading on the right boob also makes it look a lot smaller (compared to the left)because the underside is blocked by the arm. What I may end up doing once it's all colored is just take the left boob and tweak it (bad choice of words) and make it smaller and perhaps move it around so it's more proportional.

Cool, I'm glad you like it. Eventually she'll be on shirts. I just gotta get the rest of the whole "package" done first
