You can go at least 2 ways C69:

1. Go the "emo/women's mag/SNAG" way. Get in touch with your feelings and express them. Open up. Be vulnerable and take that risk. This is dangerous behaviour with some chik who is likely to fuck you over, I warn, but some would think that this would be nice in a perfect ideal world (maybe... doesn't sound real sexy to me tho)
2. Go down the "Don't care/Not worried/You can call me" road. Yes this is a bit harsh but let's face it if they're not going to call then it's not happening anyway. When I weaken and call someone who isn't quite in the scope of comfort I soon regret it and you have given them the upper hand. I think a healthy masking of what sounds like your inner desperation will make you instantly more attractive. If you disappear into total arrogance and narcissism well that's actually just as pathetic as miserabley trailing after someone hopefully doing their bidding and subjugating your own will but it will get you more sex at least.

I recommend an unhealthy, inscrutable balance - and that's just in a breakfast. Relationships? well... don't take my advice is my advice but as I say no-one thinks a spineless follower is hot unless they are quite good looking and open to some fun exploitation.
