Laughing is all right if you remember funny shit the person did, but if it's laughing at how much of a fuck up the guy was or something like that then it's rude.

I was considering setting up my funeral and inviting all those people who, in life, appeared as my friends but spent the bulk of their time stabbing me - and others - in the back. Then would follow a cremation, after I had shut the chapel doors and thrown away the key.
