Backstage Passes Already Available from iTunes, Amazon, Nook, BN

I'm pretty stoked that my Backstage Passes book is apparently coming to full distribution way faster than I expected. Mr Karl alerted me to the fact that the Nook Backstage Passes is already live. Barnes & Noble has the trade paperback of Backstage Passes as well. Although the title data appears to be a bit wonky on BN, they do have a great price. Amazon has the trade paperback as well and Amazon has the fab fast free shipping deal. My brother sent me a screenshot of what the iTunes listing looks like on his iPad, but, alas, lacking an iPad myself, I don't have the iTunes link for y'all yet. I'll post it when I get it.
