There is a program called Spin Panorama that is availaable for doing these shots. All you do is use a minimum of 2 reference points on each picture and it will build and scale the picture till you get the result you are looking for, it will even balance all your tones so you don't get off colour panels in the shot.

It's possibly done with a camera on a tripod and a long film, rather like those rotating cameras used for school films where everyone sity in a semi-circle and the picture comes out straight. The only picture I have from school where I appeared twice.

The bridge reminds me of Indiana Jones, looking for those men in funny hats chasing him.

They probably used one UBER fisheye lense, or they used a severe panoramic view, took two shots, and then in printing fused them together somehow..? I'm voting on the aerial fish eye lense though.

Oolong the bunny.. and i have a link.. but i guess i cant post links yet .. the site has archives of all his photos, he was pretty good at balancing stuff on his head. but sadly, Oolong has passed away

the bridge is a panoramic shot done by photoing several shots then a computer program fits it together... my girlfriend just came back from colorado and had mountain landscape shots that consisted of 4-6 pictures and the computer "stitches" the shots together automatically.... it did a really good job to other then a really small blur spot you could barely tell where the stiches occured.

The spiraly ones make things in my head go *pop*. Not a happy kind of *pop* either, that *ow* kind of *pop* it's still cool. THe bridge would make me see-sick if I could see the whole thing without scrolling. Spiffy. My vote is for the pancake bunny though. I like bunnys and pancakes.
