Avoid sunlight.

Eat no carrots.

Smoke and drink lots of caffeine.

Keep vigil at least 20 hours a day, preferably sleeping 2-4 hours at nite with catnaps.

Seriously, tho, I think you'd just want to buy some white face powder

Stay out of the sun and buy skin bleaching cream. You can buy night creams and other types of stuff that you put on your face and leave on. I think there are actual surgical proceedures where you can make your skin up to like 5x as pale. I'm not to sure about that though. You could also consider doing microdermabrasion which is a nonsurgical procedure where they put crystals on your face and kind of sand the top layer of skin off your face. It's enhances colligen, removes minor scars, acne, minor wrinkles, and evens out skin tone. You could become paler if you were tan before and had it done, but I'm not sure if it's the best route to go if you just want paler skin. Please note that it takes usually 6 treatments to get the desired effect most of the time.

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER. it's this super stuff. they call it crystal meth. not only will you become pale, if you need to lose weight it'll help you out there at the same time. I recomend you force yourself to drink milk while your on it. (it'll help you keep your teeth, sanity is a diffirent question though)

I sure hope you are being sarcastic. I know people who have done meth and the effects are horrible. I wouldn't recommend something like that to someone.
