    Default Super Nintendo

    So I have a SNES, but only one game. (Mario All Stars) I was wondering if someone can recommend me some great SNES games. ones that do not cost an arm and a leg (chrono trigger, secret of mana)

    Yes, pawn shops are great. I personally enjoyed The Donkey Kong Trilogy. Really animated and fun. The Zombies Ate my Neighbors is also pretty cool.

    Well...I would actually just download an SNES emulator and some rom's (game files). Great way to play all the classics.

    Zombies Ate My Neighbors is a MUST...that game is not only a masterwork of design but it is a true classic in every sense. One of the best 16 bit games ever made that STILL plays well to this day.

    SNES Titles that are forever AMAZING;

    Super Metroid.
    Legend of Zelda Link to the Past.
    Tales of Phantasia is supposed to be pretty good.
    (never released in America though so you'd have to hunt down a rom and purchase a blank cart.)
    Final Fantasy ANYTHING tends to be fun.
    Megaman X-X3.

    Oddly enough their was a really good early RPG for the SNES called Drakken...it was 1st generation though and looked far more like a ported PC game of the era. Good times though back in the day.

    Amazing for Multiplayer on SNES = HAving a friend to play with= METAL WARRIORS.

    The game is ok on its own, but is awesome in Dual Player Mode. **

    YES! I love that game multiplayer. Back around when it first came out, me and a couple friends used to hold huge tournaments with pretty much anyone who'd play. To this day I remain the undisputed king of both Drache and Ballistic

    SNES is arguably the best system ever.
    With few exceptions in fighting games no system bothers with the 2D gfx. With the capability they have now 2D would be absolutely breath-taking visually.
