Because even though it is funny, I have to agree that we want to *encourage* women to wear as little as possible. But if everyone who sees them in their sexy outfit says something to them, or makes assumptions, they will stop wearing stuff like that. A girl I know moved out here from Florida, and was used to wearing very little. She was very comfortable wandering around in skimpy clothes, and she was not a slut. But because of all the hassling by people, and assumptions about her sexuality, she stopped wearing that kind of stuff. And that's just sad. So think about that when you say stuff to girls in skimpy outfits. If they want the compliments, cool.
