born in SoCal, I don't remeber it at all. My mom moved home when I was 2 or so to Pittsburgh area. Around 6 or so moved to upstate NY where I lived until I was old enough to move out (16). Got an apartment in Pittsburgh for a year or two. At about18 went on tour with phish, rainbow gatherings, etc etc. Lived on the road. Traveled across the country and back a few times. Finally settled down in rochester NY, then moved to a smaller hipper town in upstate NY where I am today.

I was born in Queens, NY, then I moved from there to Charlotte, NC because I didn't have a choice, (parents moving and I was only 17), then I found about a blacksmithing school in Carbondale, Illinois, but my home will always be NY, and I always visit, and I want to move back there, but I know the job market isn't there for what I want.

I may move to upstate NY, where it is colder for longer.

funny...I went to school at Carbondale too... for blacksmithing no less... and then moved to NYC afterward...

but I was concieved in Detroit, and born in the post-industrial-post-urban-crack-infested midwest

Panama ,Nicuraqua,,alot of Canada ,Mexico,but allways come back to Ohio.. .lived in Tacoma ,Wash..for 1 1/2 yrs after i left the service cuzz i made alot of friends there, and in Chicago for 5 yrs driving truck for 1 of those friends.. allmost all the jobs i had required traveling but still ,like it here in Ohio except the winters here any more sux on my back and want to move too the SW

I didn't leave til I was 19...lived in Albuquerque NM for 4 years didn't want to leave but i had no choice (ex-husband stalking issues) lived in Silver Spring MD, then Bethesda...until current husband knocked me up and we moved to Herndon VA and lived there for 5 years...now we live in Southern MD, on the Chesapeake Bay....It is lovely here but I would love to escape the east coast again...I do miss the southwest.
