My eye does it too. A good hand massage, a nice brisk roll in the hay, a shoulder rub, stabbing that annoying person next to you on the bus, all good solid cures for the twitch. :p

I did have that at one time, I went to the ophthalmologist for it and he suggested that my eyes were too dry. It can also be caused by eye strain and sleeping with a fan or air conditoning on thats too close to you . He recommended some decent eye drops for dry eyes, I used Rohto Zi, it ceased once I kept them moistened.

It's lack of sleep & lots of stress that causes my left eyelid neurons to randomly fire. I usually fix it by making sure I get a siesta.

I agree about the rest and moisture for the eye. It was what my doctor suggested to me. It got a little freaky after a while, so i went in and asked her what it could be. I don't know which one of her suggestions worked(maybe both?), but i know that the ticcing cleared up almost right away.

Been on and off for around a year I guess. Just recently got much worse.

I actually got a good night's sleep last night. Been some construction near me conflicting with my vampire hours lately. I've been sleeping later but less deeply because of it.

Where would I buy Rohto Zi eye stuff? I'm thinking of making an appointment for a massage on Monday. I like the sex and stabbing plan too. I should have paid more attention during Will Judy's Stabbing Awareness Days.

Hmm, I did eat fried oysters in a so-so restaurant downtown at like 3am last night. But I've been fantasizing about eating in New Orleans lately and I think perhaps this pertains. Any particular minerals? You know I'm always down for a good steak.

Im almost certain that it is stress, as I have a similar twitch in my neck, and bones crack whenever I move.
