finding something that always brings Me back from a pit is My trip. Music of some sort, a movie I always enjoy, a good comic book or something along these lines. just something to get a mind off of what is bringing it down .

Music does wonders to block out the little voices that hieghten depression. Watching movies with friends is always good. The one thing that helps the most is hanging out with this one friend. Somehow her presence makes me feel better. Even when she doesn't know I'm depressed.

I find that when I'm blue, if the woman takes the pillow off of my face and allows me oxygen, I get all better.

Music, good art, books. Demanding a bum rub and a cuddle. Or if I'm not in a touching kind of mood a good long bath. A walk. Find some new place to get tea. Getting to play with someones puppy or kitty. I'm relatively easily please.
Unless I don't want to be pulled out of my funk. Then I steep in it until I need to get out of it.

Depression is just anger without enthusiasm, so getting the old enthusiasm flowing is always good.
