I've been trying to figure out what this song was for a long time now. Maybe someone here can figure it out. I don't remember much about it other than it is not new. I'll give the points that I do remember and if someone knows it please for the love of ice cream tell meeee!

The song is old, maybe 90s. I think it was a hit because it was regularly on MuchMusic.
It was not in English. Maybe some kind of Indian dialect.
The singer in the video looked kinda short, pale complection, wearing a black dress and had short black hair.
The set looked like it was in some kind of desert town maybe in India.
Part of the music was a guy dancing and playing a fiddle very fast.
The fiddler was tall, kinda skinny, and wearing sunglasses.
There was also a blonde woman who was naked in a bathtub in one of the scenes. She has a tatoo on the back of her neck as I recall.
There is also a little boy in some of the scenes.

That wasn't a woman, it was Sting, singing Desert Rose. I could see how easily one would confuse the two though.
