I'd make my eyes a bit bigger, maybe bump up saturation on the green a bit, and knock out the weird bump on my right eye lid. I think maybe slight color balance adjustments to knock out some of the reddish color that shows up on my skin in pictures, even though it doesn't seem to be there in real life.

I'm pretty happy with myself, for as often as I hate on everything about me. I think I'd leave it the same, except get rid of the psoriasis and or excema (which I'm not sure I spelled even close to right). That's gross, and sometimes painful.
