Your preferred beverage?

I somehow managed to glug the fuck out of a bottle of wine between my 20-minute bicycle commute and 7pm. Not entirely sure how that happened, but it was red wine (crappy Shiraz, actually) so I guess that makes me ever so slightly goth as well as sloppy drunk and on deadline. Story of my f!#$#@*!-in' life.

Here's the pitch: Of all questions in the Blue Blood profile questionnaire, I found the "favorite drink" one most problematic, I admit. Thus was I inspired to start this somewhat inexplicable threat. I mean thread.

What is your favorite beverage? Do you have a hands-down favorite, or are there different favorites for different times of the day? Coffee Earl Grey or English Breakfast in the morning, limonada noon till six, then with the Shiraz, Cabernet, Merlot, Zin, Guinness, Pabst, Bud, Miller, Old E, Thunderbird, Balvenie, Macallan, Johnny Black, Johnny Red (or Blue, oh la la), Cutty, Dewars, Stoli, Grey Goose, Maker's, Knob Creek, Jim Beam, Jack, Pernod, Perot, Campari & Soda, gin & tonic, moonshine, Boone's Apple Wine, or just a fucking bottle of Crystal Geyser, please, while your friends get skanked and you look pissed off fingering the car keys?

Time of day is truly a factor. I'm a fan of the iced latte after I've been up for maybe two hours.

I drink Perrier most hours of the day fairly continuously. I blame my parents for this, who had cases of the stuff, partly from when we lived in overseas where the tap water was not so drinkable and partly maybe because they were opposed to the fluoride conspiracy. Probably really just the bad tap water thing.

If I'm drinking moderately, I enjoy a middlebrow to uppermiddlebrow champagne. If I'm drinking a lot, I enjoy a high end beer. If I'm planning on attempting to experience regret, tequila and banana-flavored gasoline are always nice.

Coke/Pepsi, Black Coffee with lots of sugar, Guinness, cider (sweet) and red wine. I have also been known to drink Pernod. (Pernod and Coke looks gross, but takes ok. But no-one will steal your drink!)

And if I'm getting drunk I like Beam and Coke. Straight up no fucking ice. I hate ice in my drinks.

I drank coffee in the morning through to night then I gave up cigs and found coffee lasting awful, and I have given up alcohol (very light social drinker now) so now just soft drinks & tea.

since i quit alcohol, i only drink Dr Pepper, sometimes i buy arizona iced tea tho they make a rad blueberry and a pomegranite iced tea

My taste preference changes quite frequently, right now I'm on this Kombucha extract and green tea (not to be confused with the actual kombucha culture tea) with a lot of honey kick.
