As for the TV lying, I was just forced to watch High School Musical 2 (My wife wouldn't change the channel and she controls the remote) and Disney Channel said it was the most anticipated movie of the year. They lied!

Watching HSM 2???? Ow!!! That DOES sound painful.

Probably nothing that a few rounds of Sci-Fi Channel viewing couldn't fix, though be careful to avoid Sci-Fi's Original Movies, as they've been known to induce projectile vomiting and acid flashbacks of the Viet-Nam War in small children and house pets.
