Hi.

I enjoy metal, horror movies (the cheesier and gorier the better!) mountain biking, neuroscience, studying theology, working with reptiles, practicing my death metal growl at inopportune times, getting pierced, getting tattooed, and writing.

Some of my favourite bands are Devin Townsend/Strapping Young Lad, The Project Hate MCMXCIX, Nevermore, (old) Iced Earth, Amon Amarth, Dying Fetus and Finntroll.

Nevermore is a good band, even though I dont listen to metal anymore since it's most crap nowadays, Nevermore and Iced Earth (old i agree) are still decent.

And nice guys to boot. (Nevermore that is, never met I.E.)

There's good metal still around, though the scene has been flooded by this metalcore and new wave of American heavy metal crap that isn't worth the digital media its printed on. I'd absolutely love to meet Nevermore, so I am oozing jealousy right now. Warrel Dane is by far one of my favourite vocalists.

He is a very nice guy. I didnt reconize him at first because he had all of his hair tucked under a Bauhaus hat and wearing a Joy Division shirt. Lol.
But i met him in 1999 when I opened for him in San Fran. Fun times.
