as the hangovers thing is quite believable, as I've never suffered one also (no matter how much absinthe jack and mead i go through)

i'm going with the energy drinks. cos THATS SERIOUSLY WRONG! having a heart rate of 130 sitting still after a few cans of red bull was enough (its usually 50-60 with me normaly).

I like the "advancement" developed by guys from irland where they cross shot the knee so you can never fix it Anyway, in my opinion that's waste of bullets. As for sport did you checked krav maga? They have pretty fast and effective techniques. Best self defensive discipline for females in my opinion. As for mma style I would go for pankration because of their training.
