Here's a favorite...

Two packets of any random condiment (I prefer Mayo) place one under each bumper on the under side of a toilet seat pushed forwards a bit. Target seats themselves and blasts behind the knees. Harmless but really gross.

My favorite one I learned requires a few things.

1. Bottle of diet coke (small or big)
2. a Mentos
3. String
4. A pin

Pierce the mentos..and put the string through it. Tie a knot on one side. Unscrew the soda..stick the mentos in just a tiny bit (don't let it touch the soda!) then with the string dangling on the side..screw the cap back on and cut the string thats hanging out.

You've just made a diet coke bomb

I gotta try that one on my sister. I've used apple butter on the toilet seat, (when she gets up in the morning she always sat down without inspecting... just sitting) then I rushed in the bathroom to find her ass covered in what looks like diarrhea! She was embarrassed and wanted to kill me.

Another time I put saran wrap between the toilet and the seat, to where when she'd sit down to pee the pee would come back and go all over her skin and thighs.

I've put plastic bugs up in the bath faucet that rushed out when she turned on the bath water.

(she deserved every min of it trust me)

My dad put motor grease under his work truck's lift up door handle to where when mom walked him out to his truck to kiss him before he left , he held onto his dinner bucket and asked her to open it for him, and she got grease all over her hands and finger nails.

Food coloring in the shampoo.

Summer camp favorite....
Tie someone to their bed with robe and lots of tape while they miraculously are still sleeping, and dip their hand in warm water so they pee, and wake up in the morning, stuck to the bed.

Wait til someone passes out then smear petrol under their nose and throw a bucket of water on them.
When they wake up their wet and can smell the petrol so you laugh and flick a lit match at them.

Once me and my older brother and sister were watching my youngest brother age 6 for a couple days. we tricked him into thinking is was christmas the next day and we all decorated the house and put a tree up. he made a christmas list and put out milk and cookies for santa. when he went to sleep we packed everything back up as if it never happened.

Take Saran wrap and stretch it tightly across the underside of the toilet seat, so you can't see any wrinkles.... tape to the bottom of the seat so that upon any kind of half-assed inspection it looks like a toilet.

Until they pee, and it bounces back, etc.

That one does go a bit far yeah, I doubt I could laugh something like that off, even if I wouldn't freak out that way.

The jokes that Nurses pull on eachother tend to be a bit nastier in nature, worst thing like that I have ever heard about was one of the doctors had been treating the nurses badly, somehow he ended up with a dose of speed and a laxative in his coffee. Apparently he had the metabolism of a ferret that day

Please note I am not advising the drugging of family members or colleagues, the incident just came up in conversation around April this year.

When I was younger and got stuck watching my little sister while mother was out, I would get a friend to phone my house and pretend they were the police calling to tell me our mother had died in a car crash. I'm evil I know but it was funny to me at the time to watch my sister freak out. Kids can be so cruel eh?

At work we would pick up the phone and smear cream/yoghurt/whatever, hold the button thing down so we could call in with out hanging up and tell someone that it was for them and watch them get an ear full of crap.
