How many murdered people have you known?
How many murdered people have you known?
oh damn........i dont know anyone personally.
>.>
One. ***** and killed by cinder block.
Ryhmes with gaped.
Oh...And another that was attending a funeral of a loved one, got into a fight with his cousin at the cemetary and the cousin shot him dead right there. Stupid.
More than enough.
Rest in peace, Eric. And Buzzy... fuck you for getting there ahead of me. To the rest of you, keep my seat warm.
1, from the hit and run I posted previously.
i know 4 or 5 people that have died in car accidents, or from natural causes, but none that have died as a result of murder.

don't know
I know someone who got away with murder, a girl who committed suicide and meet a person who was later killed.
I had one friend that was shot and killed two years ago in Arizona. But I have known 3 Japanese who have committed suicide since I have been living here.
If we're talkin suicides and car accidents, that ups the ante. Probably about 10 altogether. It's a shitty world out there.
I know lots of suicides, car wreck, and overdoses those total about 50 probably; maybe a few more or a few less.............
As for murders I know two. My friends mike and crystal were murdered by an old drug dealer when I was 18. Bob took them both out in the middle of nowhere and shot them both in the head and left them there. They were under the assumption that they were going to make a big pick up. I didn't know either of them well, and in fact I couldn't stand crystal, but I feel bad about how they went......
Not. Nearly. Enough.
Off of the top of my head I'd say 3. All in New Orleans, all after Katrina. Two were shot separately while being mugged. The other had her throat slashed in a bar by a stranger.
Well, if the only murdered people who count are family members and the only murderers who matter are serial killers, then probably (haven't met my birth fam) none - otherwise, a few.
2 both from gunshots..one accidental and other ...well accidental as well....sketchy.
none. and i hope it stays that way.
a "friend" of the family stabbed his mom 27 times.. RIP Helen she made a great Taco Salad.
I only knew one murdered person, one convicted murderer, one sucide man, and two drug OD men. Of all those, the only one I dated was the sucide case. I found his dead body.
A Couple.
Most recently was my friend Bill, He was Stabbed to death.
I just found out that the woman who was killed and had her unborn baby cut out of her womb was someone who lived the next street over from me. Lovely.
3. All in DC. Drug dealer, mugging, stray bullet in a driveby I was caught in as well. Didn't know her personally, but she died with me, so I guess that counts.
I can think of three off the top of my head.
my cousin in mexico (mexican mafia thing..he was held hostage) i think thats it..i cant think of anyone else personally...but that's a good thing..the less the better i think
I've known several over the Years,
the FIRST & earliest I Can count back to clearly, was early 70's,..maybe 74?....
and as of NOW, "2009",
I've lost Count of "FUNERALS,WAKEs,& MEMORIALs" i've been apart of, or Attended,....
':-(
I actually started to think about this, and man I know alot of murdered people...
...it kind of took me a couple of days, but I remembered that one of my old bosses got shot, and killed by a homeless nutjob he took off the streets, and got a good super cheap apartment and job for. That's gratitude for ya.
Then there were about 3 more from grade school. (But only one during grade school.) Two more from middle school. No one I know of from college or high school, which is suprising. But several more from the neighborhoods I've lived in.
This doesn't count the dead bodies found in my neighborhood growing up. I didn't know those people, just saw them dead. Or all of the blood I've seen. The priest at the end of my block blew away 3 junkies who tried to rob his church one night. One of them bled all over our front sidewalk, and broke into our car, and bled all over the vinyl seats (remember those?) crawled off somewhere else to die though. So they don't count.
"Suspected" homicide doesn't count either. Friend of mine died rescuing his family from a suspected arson of his apartment building here in the city. They were lucky he was staying there that night, instead of drunkenly asleep in the park across the street. Died of some inhalation.
I'd say less than 10.
I only know the murderers. Which is, I think, fortunate: I understand that it is very painful, life-shattering even, to know a murdered person.
Just 1. I knew the guy who killed him as well. It was a bizarre experience. I had been more intimately involved with someone who married the killer. He's on death row now. Luckily, it only hit me indirectly. I was not friends with either man (or the woman he killed along with the guy I knew). Feel bad for the families though.
