Not sure whats making me so stressed/strung out but I feel this close to snapping and slipping into a guiness and cigar induced pleasure coma.
Wake up and just feel like bees are buzzing inside my head/body making every muscle tense and making me want to yell during every conversation I have. I'll be sitting at work or class just staring off into space mentally counting the seconds till I can finally go home and be alone.

How do you all relax/unwind?
Think its about time for the annual pilgrimage out into the woods for a night of camping/reading and no technology.
