What is your favorite modification?

I recently started turning away from piercings and am starting to get new mods. This week for the first time I will be getting branded. It's exciting to switch! So far i'm diggin implants! What is your favorite mod?

I don't really have a preferance, I mean I know what I like for me, but I may not neccesarily like that on someone else. likewise, I may like what someone else has but would not want it done to myself. For me the real debate is why is that some forms are acceptible and some arent? A can see a britney spears wannabe going to a mod con and being like 'well i've had my eyes done, my lips, my cheeks, my boobs, my tummy...' and she's had more modification than some of the other people there, so wouldn't that make it just as legitimate as a tattoo? Also where do you draw the line, if at all? is scarification ok, most people in 'the know' would say yes. But what about flagellation? what about cosmetic amputation?

id really like to try branding, but my favourite would be either tattoos or tongue split.

I'm planning on getting my first tattoo when I complete my documentary to celebrate it's completion by getting a tattoo of a goth pin-up (preferably toon or manga in style). I just need to finish my doc and find someone to draw the tat for me.

It'll be my first body mod.

well i got a old drawin i was gonna have put on my back and right arm but i had to have surgery and it fycked that up ,i have a few piercings ,and LAot of friggin scars >witch is why i didnt get some Tats i wanted .. but id like to get a Brand .. been lookin into those .. Ive got 6 years of art from high school <was takin 2 classes a day for years <but becuzz i traveled alot ,i never had the time to try Tating ,so im learnin airbrush for now and mite have some stuff Tattoed on me..for the last 8 years i just been friggin lame about gettin more done..

On someone else, I love it all. I've a special spot for peircings and tats though.

On myself, peircings and tats.. though no tats yet, but I'm working on it! I've found myself having quite a lot of interest in branding/scarification though. Maybe one day. ^^

I heard they reject real easily, something to do with DEC not sterilizing the case. Shame, I still know where there's a full set of Heavy Orange Manuals. Try an IBM3081 labret - all the fashion with kids these days I hear.

Personally I prefer ink, but so long as it's done with style and without regret, your body is yours to upgrade if you want to. Still waiting for MTV to start showing "Pimp My Hide" though...

I've only got one nipple pierced, and 3 tattoos. I want more tattoos, it's just getting the money together for them. A bloke at work has an electro-brand (basically a brand that was done using an electrical heating element!) I'd like one myself.

you'd feel pretty silly if you got the ideal dream job of all time, and you had to wear a headband all the time.
