I spent one summer firefighting for the US department of agriculture and it was prety awesome. i would have stuck with it but i had other plans that didint come through so now i wish i stayed there lol

im a 'civil servant'. leaving soon but its been a good job. good money and an amount of security and freedom you don't get in the private-sector.

Yes. well sort of. A long time ago I used to work as a Federal contractor doing network analysis for the FAA. My region was Oklahoma City. which is sort of the hub of the FAA. They were generally really nice people and I enjoyed the job a lot. That is what really put me through school.

(my phone is getting better internet than my desktop today. ugh. )
