Hard to say...

Depends if things flop along randomly, the way they have for the past 50 years, or if something big happens. If something big happens, like a pandemic, or worldwide economic collapse, I think the world's leaders will re-think the way they run the world, and things will be better in the future. If things keep going the way they are, things may slowly fall apart.

Honestly, I doubt the human race is going to be around in 100 years. Either WW3 is going to break out and everyone gets nuked to death, or we just destroy the environment to the point of complete death and mother nature gets her vengeance and wipes out the human race so the Earth can rebuild what the humans destroyed.

If we are to believe in holy scriptures then around 2020 we'll be ruled by Israel (Antichrist ruling from temple of Solomon) for 20 years until Christ comes and "saves" us. After that comes Armageddon. But who really believes in that stuff anymore.

depends on we have running it. and i dont mean that as a knockt ot he right but in all fairness if we can keep people who are basically around the middle margin and not far left or far right and who are not overly religous whateveer religion they may be and dont feel hearing their god telling em they've got the a-okay to go bomb some other country or openyl insult some of our closest allies over their lack of faith in organised religion like oh say....china? (since we get most of our stuff from there) we should be okay. im more worried about the right now though

...having said that, the secular west is in a whole heap of shitfuckton of trouble if we don't do something about religious fanatics of all stripes. It's about time we got over ourselves as 'humane' and started kicking some serious religious ass. They're planning on doing it to us.
