can someone explain this to me? I know it's the "path to reach the promise land" but will someone break it down?

couldn't tell you
Ah the Qaballah...or however it's spelt...I hear various explenations depending on who I talk to so I can't help...but many book stores carry a section of books relating to it since it was and is in some ways still trendy...I'm sure you'll find a basic handbook that'll give you the gist of it....from there you can dive deeper.
the tree of life is very complex and displays the ten ways of representing or interpreting ein sof which is bassically god but its much more complicated than that. consult books on kabbalah from your local library or look it up on the net and prepare for a long dense read
seemed to me that it's kind of like jewish mysticsim.. although as I recall, could be wrong, the Official religion of Judiasm doesn't recognize it as being the real thing. kind of like how christiniaty doesn't think that mormom is real, although they belive in god and all that and jesus.
the kabbala is a very bizzre interpretation of the torah that sprung up in spain with a mysterious book called The Zohar which is like a fucking encyclopedia (23 volumes) it is said to be about 2000 years old and was origianaly written in Aramaic
