(2) I have used the Blue Blood mark continuously in business for significantly more than a decade.
(3) Should any malicious attempts to damage the Blue Blood mark result in any tarnishing of the Blue Blood name or any consumer confusion, I am fully prepared and willing to take whatever steps are necessary to vigorously defend Blue Blood.
