theres sposed to be all those home remedies for bringing down your cholesterol... the best one is just drink water :S easiest too.

yes no dying allowed - i'm out of soul stones.

High fiber and much exercise. Also lots of spicy foods and garlic are good for bringing down the cholesterol. Exercise is good for the blood pressure too. Milk Thistle for the liver problems (available at all healthy supplement and vitamin shoppes).
