    Default Word (to the wise)

Sup my bitches and hos to be. My name is Garett, though I customarily acquire a synonymous association with my tag Skavian. Either/or will fit. Regardless, I'm new here at the urging of Herr Ellis. Well, not really, but I see him posting here and I'm always game for fresh territory. Onto the introductions.

I am a student of literature. I am hated because apparently I refuse to pay homage to the gods of said academic area like Plath, Shakespeare, and Eliot (among a plethora of others). Regardless, I figure I'd drop a line, get to know some of you, and generally make an ass of myself when appropriate. I write and design roleplaying games as a hobby, but more predominantly I concoct plans to Socialize the world. I'm into a variety of musical genres, and typically latch onto anything with some sort of political consciousness that hasn't been shit-stained by the capitalist music industry or hordes of locusts crawling all over an equally voracious hive-mind music experience.

    That is all.

This man is wise beyond his years. Don't plan on crossing him, or you're bound to get your shit horridly ruined.

You just identified yourself for systematic nerd elimination. Put down your bag of cheetos and your 7-Up, the strike team will be through your window promptly in five minutes to puncture your fat ass with a few clips of ammunition.

Remember what I said elsewhere about language being nuanced? It is for you to determine if I was joking or not. If I told you, it would ruin the joke.

Only if he squeezes the trigger...then he's just a gun tease.

    Welcome and all that.

Yes, I know the Locust. I prefer Puny Humans or The Phantom Limbs though out of that kind of music. The Locust, while amusing, tends to be non-sensible.

I suppose it depends on how many drugs you're inclined to take. Or how many hours of sleep you are willing to deprive yourself of. I don't know, when a bunch of guys scream and jump around with Locust masks on, I tend to shut off those parts of my brain that receive any sort of meaning from the world around me.

I'll avoid my diatribes on human feces. Let's just say I'm not the "G.G. Allin," type. As for Lovecraft, I am a scholar. Speaking of which, anybody interested in Lovecraft should know he recently got added into the Library of America series, a well-known American anthology series that does great editorials on the authors that get included. Finally, the man gets some recognition in serious academic circles.
