    Default Karaoke

I love karaoke. We have a whole band of freakies that hits all the spots in Pittsburgh. We try to sing the most atypical, cheesy songs we can think of.

Anyone like to karaoke? What do you sing?

*sniff* and tomorrows tuesday. I got started on the karake thing while i was in LA well technically burbank at Sardo's Bar doing Porn Star Karaoke with the people from KSEXradio.com and other wierd industry folks gathering at this little dive bar off pass ave to sing on tuesday nights. nothing like getting all dolled up and showing off that you can sing with the best of 'em. Sardo's has something liek 30,000 songs in their database. I've been Spoiled. Everything from my own rendintion of Tool to my fabu Peggy Lee versions. *sigh* I have to make do with Karaoke Jones at the lil biker bar up the street. Not the PSK i'm used to but it's better than nothin.

hahaha porn star karaoke, that's awesome. We don't have any places with anywhere close to 30K songs. I did GREASE with this emo looking chick last time. I like to do a lot of old 50 tunes as well. It's fun to be a sore thumb haha.

I love karaoke. I usually sing Elvis songs or if I'm feeling like I want people to gawk I'll bust out a Garth Brooks tune or somesuch. If I'm feeling happy I'll sing Brian Setzer or the like. I can't do most "girl" songs because my voice is too deep.

My favorite (after enough drinks) is doing Moondance or doing Elvis' version of Fever.

I love Billie, Ella, and Patsy Cline. You must have a pretty decent voice. I'd have to work on that Nat Cole

I love to sing Ricky Lee Jones, but even PSK only had 2 of her songs. When i've had enough (read- alot) to drink, rob can con me into duets, like Paradise by the dashboard light. *sigh*

I have discovered (rather been told) that everyday at work is Karoke day because when all the higher ups leave the office I sit back in my area and sing really loud.

I'll forgive ya. I have always found it cathartic to mock the spectacle of public gatherings (possible even at karaoke events). You may prefer not to (or have a way of doing it more entertaining to you)
