You should just look it up on an exercise site of some kind.
Generally, when you do an exercise, whatever gets tired and sore, that is the
area that will build in muscle size. If an exercise makes your arms tired, then
keep doing it, and you will have larger arms... There is a lot more to learn,
about reps, sets, types of training, nutrition, etc.
But this is not the place...
exactelya dn waht do you want bulk? or leaness? I would recomend even goig to alocal gym and setting up an apoinment witha nutriton/ wieght eprct and ask them it's worth the money to do it right
