dude im sure you can get a job working for a landscaper or somthing (as a bonus they like to pay cash too so no taxes) and BTW how long have you been playing guitar unless youve been playing for a long time and plan on playing professionally there are much better things for you to spend $3000 on Ive been playing guitar for 8 years and have been in my share of bands and my axe is a low-mid level Gibson and it works just fine the whole signature model thing is way over rated

Their is a black market for human organs though, Asia is a good example of it and parts of Europe...the rich of any nation will pay big $$$ if they need it....provided all "legit" forms of working the system fail.
