Good or Bad?

Is it good or bad to not know that. Well here it is. I put a guy against the wall last week and didn't realize that i did it. I mean I knew i had him on the wall but i didn't realize that i had my hands on his throat. Not the typical chockin I had my thumbs in his throat like i was taught in martial arts class. Now does that mean that i need to see someone or do i need to just release my frustration out on the punchin bag. And does it matter that i did it at work? need some advise please.

yeah you might wana seek help i know how things can escalate like that and make a turn for the worse, i once had a small argument with some guy, next thing i know im bashing his face with a small brick . i didint know i had anger issues till that day and its a good thing people pulled me away

I know people like that.. and I don't like to be around them.. I am not one that likes "reality" violence.. it is funny as hell to watch, but there have been too many people in my life to either get hurt, or screw their lives up because of situations like that.

Dont sweat it..every now and then we all go off. Although doing so at work does seem to have more serious repercussions.
