for the sake of quandary, assuming he was either omnipotent or omnipresent, than he could see everything, or there isn't anything that he would be unable to see.

I don't really see any paradox to trip that up, so long as it's simply a matter of seeing and not doing.

Well, according to Genesis, god couldn't see Adam or Eve when they hid from him. God cannot defeat chariots made of iron either.

Any contradiction in gods power is generally considered a category error when dealing with apologists and in most cases, due to the charity rule when recreating logical arguments, most will consider contradictions category errors as well.

I have never understood, myself, why anyone should shy away from pointing out that omnimax attributes are innately contradictory.
