Default I got a free turkey!!! wooooot.

Dont ask me what the fuck I'm gonna do with this thing. But I went grocery shopping today.... got frozen burritos and beer for dinner. I always use my discount card cause you got a dollar off Saranac Pale Ale with your discount card.... anyways, I guess after a whole year of scanning my card at this place I hit the $300 mark to earn the free bird.

So now I got a 20.33 lbs turkey sitting here. Anyone actually know how to cook one of these fuckers? I'm goin to the mom's house for T-day dinner, so I'm thinking about having some fun with this guy. Maybe baste it in beer or something and invite some local homeless guys over for a turkey n beer fest.

or maybe I could dress it up a little and call her Tomette the Turkey and have my way with her... mmm ya.

    It's actually pretty easy.

Just make it a couple weeks from now, and have turkey sandwiches for months...

Just make sure to remove the "gibblets" from inside it...

Other than that, just stick in in the oven, with aluminum foil over it,
and cook it for the recommended time...

I had never cooked one before either, but it was pretty easy.

if you cook it in the oven, before covering, take buter, melt, and ad flour to thicken it a bit, into a not quite paste thickness, and baste the bird with it, this will give the skin a nice even brownness when it is done

Bunch of pansies you all are...

all you need is a flamethrower and a bottle of Jack Daniels...that'll cook it up real good.

BTW, if you take foil and put over the turkey in a design, it will leave areas less browned than the rest like a suntan with a bikini line

Cooking turkeys is really easy, I would do it NOW before the damn thing starts to rot!!! I mean, even I can cook a turkey. Just put the thing in the oven, baste it with butter, and voila!!! But I would cook it now or pretty soon...

Oh, make sure the oven works, that will be important.

is it alive.... don't kill it... please
if it's not then make shure to close every piece of foil so that all liquids stays inside.... otherwise you'll get dry turkey....
