Okay so this sounds weird, because it is weird. I had a client ask me that if he gets his nails removed (by a doctor) if it would be possible to tattoo the cuticles before his nails grow back in. Besides trying to find a Dr. that would do such a thing, whatta you think about the tattoo part?
