well, i have seen what a 50call bmg round fired from a barrett antimaterial rifle will do to a person(seen a video of us marine snipers shooting al qaeda snipers on mountains). the person will go flying in multiple pieces...apparently it will even take out boulders..so, perhaps it would be affective on a moose?

probably do more then take it down..i mean the gun was designed to fire rounds that take out people from behind armor..the regular round will go through quite a bit of steel..not even talking armor piercing rounds......i think i watch too much future weapons..lol

I've seen those videos too....There's pretty much nothing left. Except certain scraps of some dude who's gonna be REAL unhappy that the 70 virgins he's getting are all the guys who spend all day playing Medal of Honor 4.....Zing!
