taking over nicdd's intro thread is one way I s'pose - I don't care - although the rules are to start your own intro thread. If you write it properly then you can get folk confused and angry which are 2 types of cool reactions if you're bored. There's still time. I'm betting you thought this was a generic intro thread due to the extreme matter-of-fact title of this thread but no. Understandable.

Is there anything that you can actually take for the flu, except for fever reducers? I think you just get the fun time of riding out the flu, right? I know I did myself when I got it two years ago. I didn't go to the doctor's because I didn't think there was really anything they can do. Just a non-stop high fever for two days...The first day I just slept and slept for the straight 24 hours. I was to weak to do really anything.

I don't take western medicine at all. so I'm not really doing anything except lots of fluids, sleep, soup, and some elderberry cough syrup that I made last november for times like this. i'm doing slippery elm for for my sore throat too. and extra fizzy gingerale.

7. pass the Voight-Kampff test to prove your not a skin job
