    i have never taken this.
i didn't get addicted to xanax, though, which is amazing since i took it all the damn time.
oddly enough, i don't think i have an addictive personality. and i've never done uber hard drugs... i mean it took years for me to be addicted to cigarettes and i still don't smoke more than 1/2 a pack a day. and despite the alchoholism that runs in my family, i'm not a big drinker.

so do you have daily cravings or just once ina blue moon? The hardest part about cravings for me is when i have DREAMS about getting high...got i hate that, i hate waking up to those kinds of dreams.

yeah, id have to agree that those kind of dreams are the hardest to deal with. i still get them. its one thing to consciously say to yourself, "i've quit" and be able to hold true to that mindset, when awake. but, i find it is totally different when im asleep. often i wake from those dreams wanting to use - and it takes some time to regain control of my urges. part of my brain that is still sleepy needs a moment to tell itself that i wasnt actually using again. that this wasnt a 'slip up' or relapse; merely a fantasy. suppressing those desires and wants during my waking hours causes them to leak out and get the better of me when i sleep.

like a i already said, i still get them. but they are different now. i now have more of an "i already quit" or "i can no longer do that(get high)" mindset in my dreams. or the dream is about me having to deal with the consequences of using.
