So, crusty or soft? Poppy seed sscchhhprinkles?
<- crusty, white, buttered, warm, but none of your fancy-pants schprinkles. Same for the rolls too.

crusty buttered white wheat or sourdough toast! sourdough is my fave with most soups.
I'm not much af a roll person, but my mom makes the best crescent rolls from scratch. they are to die for.
Cheese buns, or crusty Italian bread. Or any kind of bread really. I live right behind a bakery so I get fresh bread every day. If I l get up early enough and open my windows my apt. smells like bakery...mmmmm...
oh mystoo what a dream to live in a house that always smells like bread. favorites for now are homade potato bread and english muffin bread and of course the ever easy to make popover sometimes filled with cheese.sourdough is delightful and i need to find a good starter for it, the other fav is kalamata olive french bread so good with soup.i prefer popovers to traditional rolls but i have never really met bread i didnt like, its on the sacred list with cheese and pie.
And mutton.
Not on Sundays, though. On Saturdays.
Home baked bread, straight out of the oven, with butter and a little bit of Vegemite
Hot dog buns!
A nice, fresh out of the oven, rye loaf.
