I think benji button sucked. It was Forrest Gump part 2.

Slumdog did actually look good (haven't seen it), but I was sick of it after watching the Oscars. Although, it was probably the best movie of the bunch. I think that Dark Knight should have been nominated for best picture, but not win it.

I hate Penelope Cruise, I never want to see her again. Kate Winslet deserved it for best actress.

Ditto for Ledger. There's dispute over whether Mickey Rourke should have taken best actor for The Wrestler, I haven't seen it, but I was happy that Sean Penn got it.

Batman should have got visual effects, fuck making brad Pitt look old. big deal.

I also think Nolan should have gotten best director, but they always give to the best picture winner, and since he wasn't nominated, they probably did pick the best one. I've always liked Danny Boyle, although this movie looks not at all like his style.

best animated. Is there a pixar film? there you go, that wins it. But from what I hear Wall-E was a give away, nothing else even came close. haven't seen it, it looked annoying.
