What do you think of pop-punk? (Blink 182, Sum41, The Suicide Machines, etc.) Love it, hate it?

I personally really like it. *guilty smile* I really like New found Glory's cover of The Glory of Love, and I love Blink 182... and everyone else hates it, besides my boyfriend. In fact, right now, I'm getting dirty looks from my sister for the music I'm playing...

when i think or pop punk I think of Screeching Weasle and The Vindictives and The Soviettes.....I guess music is subjective....Cheser cat by Blink..the had to change their name for lega reasons..is still a great albumn

ZTTF was a band from Tucson, AZ. But they died in a car crash last year. It was pretty crazy cuz like MDC and Cheap Sex also got into car crashes like that same week, but none of them died. I'm not saying that cheap sex deserves to die... but ZTTF were much better than they are, so it's a shame that they aren't around anymore.

Pop punk is so gay. It would be really cool to make a gay porno with a pop punk soundtrack--the singer (if he's male) usually sounds so hurt, moody, and pretty which really gets me going. I don't know what kind of music this is, but whenever the band Chavell (sp?) comes on the radio I am instantly in fantasy land, thinking about cute boys. I don't think they're pop punk but Tiger Army does the same for me.
