Look...the people who did these acts use the religion to justify it and in the end do it a disgrace. They are not following their faith at all...same as ********* priests in the catholic church.

"When you meet the unbelievers in jihad, chop off their heads. And when you have brought them low, bind your prisoners rigorously. Then set them free or take ransom from them until the war is ended." (Koran, 47:4)

    Allah akbar indeed.

Anyone can post horrible pictures of death to support whatever they feel like supporting. I think a well reasoned argument would be more appropriate.

These photos speak volumes. I supposed you're a Kerry liberal who wants to wage a more "sensitive" war on terror?

Blue Blood Terms of Service for this forum allow you to discuss anything intelligently you are capable of discussing. You may NOT, however, surprise other members of this community with the content of horrible pictures or video. Someone clicking on your thread would have expected a political discussion and not nauseating photos. Please keep such photos as clearly marked url links and not visibile image links in the future.

In quite a few religions there have been atrocities commited in the name of that religion. And the only reason Islam has been so demonized is because we have the ability to get instant pictures.

Because of a few fanatics is no reason to demonize an entire religion or nation. Any country or religion can produce zealots.

You don't know what I am at all. I think you should have the capacity to make your own point and not use out of context pictures of horror. Are you preaching insensitivity and force while railing against people who use terror as a tactic?

I don't consider these "shock" photos as I found them on Yahoo news, a respected news website. But anyway, let's have an intelligent discussion. Who, after viewing these photos, can argue against re-electing our president? I await your responses.

That still wasn't an intelligent argument.

Kerry doesn't have the backbone to stand up to these pigs. He favors withdrawing from Iraq far too early. He'd rather fight the terrorists on the streets of New York than Baghdad. We have yet to have a major attack on our soil since 9/11. Kerry and the democrats have historically favored a weak military. They're more interested in fighting a politically correct, "sensitive" war than achieving victory. Kerry's words, not mine.

I hate people who are as stupid as you are. "I saw it on Yahoo, so it must be good and true." Amelia and Forrest really need to add an ICQ test to these boards. Lots of intelligent people favor Bush and lots of intelligent people favor Kerry. You cannot come up with three cogent sentences explaining what your terror porn has to do with why Bush would or would not make a good president. This terror happened on his watch, so a good argument could be made that those photos are proof of the exact opposite of what you stated. I know I could argue either side and I don't even know who I am voting for in November. Your pitiful brain is unable to come up with an explanation of something you claim to already be decided on.

YES. A civilized society is more desirable than an Islamic society. If you disagree move to Saudi Arabia. If they want war, I am all in favor of giving it to them.

Humorously, in fact I did mean to say IQ. You are still too stupid to post here. Let me explain to your pitifully uneducated and dim ass how to make an intelligent point with illustrations.

In general: What are the photos of? What do you feel the photos mean? What is your topic or thesis? How do the photos relate to your topic or thesis?

In specific: How do these photos relate to President Bush? How do these photos relate to Islam? What does Bush have to do with Islam and dead or injured people? What does Islam have to do with Bush and dead or injured people? What do dead or injured people have to do with Bush and Islam? How will re-electing Bush help with whatever you feel the photos mean?

Extra credit: How can a many times decorated veteran of US wars have less backbone than an AWOL National Guardsman? There are reasons to vote Republican this year, but yours do not appear to be very well though out.

This issue is more important than republicans vs. democrats. But republicans are willing to fight this war the way it has to be fought. The military and intelligence services are in a far better position to fight this kind of war than before he took office. Republicans have increased defense spending more during the last 4 years than any time since the Korean War. Yes the deficits are high. But would you sacrifice your safety for the sake of balancing the budget? The economy is rebounding anyway. Once that happens the deficits will take care of themselves.

I am not uneducated. I have more education than probably anybody on this board. I will answer all of your questions.

    1. What are the photos of?
    Children slaughted by muslims.

    2. What do you feel the photos mean?
They are a call to action.

    3. What is your topic or thesis?
    Re-elect GWB.

    4. How do the photos relate to your topic or thesis?
He has the leadership qualities to defeat these pigs.

    5. How do these photos relate to President Bush?
He is our commander in chief, leading us in a war against the scum that committed these vile acts.

    6. How do these photos relate to Islam?
These innocents were slaughtered by muslims who hope to establish an islamic republic in Chechnya. You don't follow the news do you?

    7. What does Bush have to do with Islam and dead or injured people?
    See #5.

    8. What does Islam have to do with Bush and dead or injured people?
    See # 5 and 6.

    9. What do dead or injured people have to do with Bush and Islam?
    See #5.

    10. How will re-electing Bush help with whatever you feel the photos mean?
I've already commented on this a few times.

I would tell Karyn to lay off, but you are being very silly. The first person to post in this thread disagreeing with you has repeatedly stated clearly that he will be voting for Bush. You would probably do well to lose the notion that anyone who disagrees with you must be the enemy and a liberal.

Just so y'all know, it is Blue Blood policy that those who represent Blue Blood may not use Blue Blood outlets to stump for partisan politics. Members of the community are free to do so, although I prefer intelligent respectful debate, but Forrest may not endorse any candidate in this venue. Just company policy.

The war against terror that's been going on for the past 3 years. It's been taking place all over the world, but mainly in islamic countries that support people such as those that committed the acts in the photos.

Who said it was a war? Mr. Bush attacked a country that didn't attack America first. How much defense do we need for that? I know we will need more because of what he's done. Why did he do it? To prove he was a man? Dole was a man. Reagan was a man. Bush is an imbecile. From the way the speeches are going, I don't think there is any other excuse though. That's what he's trying time and again to prove. I support the financial success that Republicans usually bring us, but Bush has failed in that area, and all the burned people in the world are not going to fix my portfolio.

The current state of the economy is a result of cycles, trends, and unpredictable events. The president doesn't have much (if any) effect on the economy. The economy will fix itself. Higher taxes and sacrificing our nation's security will not fix the economy.

OliX is from Bosnia, so I suspect he knows a thing or two about conflict in the world today.

Bush has made a hash of our foreign relations and our economy. Kerry was a successful soldier and Bush was a lily-livered AWOL coward. We had the first attack on American soil since Pearl Harbor while Bush was at the helm. So I think Kerry would be better at keeping us both safe and free and reintegrating America in the world market. I just think Bush might give me a bigger tax break and I make a lot more money than you do, so that is a concern for someone like me.

I looked at your site and I have absurdly more education than you do. I don't know too many of the people on this board's personal backgrounds, but all the ones I know are more educated than you are. The people I don't know all post more intelligently than you do. Intelligence can compensate for lack of education, but that clearly does not apply in your case. You are a programmer who is not good enough at what he does to make enough money to take regular trips. You are so pathetic and laughable that the only reason I have paid attention to this thread is because loathing is a pastime of mine.

You come in here looking for a fight, but want other people to engage you first? Nobody was saying Kerry was the man. If you have something to prove, prove it. But instead, you choose to take a safer defensive position. Are you saying that the President is only responsible for wars overseas and not the financial welfare of our country? If that is the case, I'd rather vote for someone with war experience. You might just be changing my vote afterall.

You have no idea how much I make and I don't know what you make. I make a respectable middle class salary, but I am just at the beginning of my career. I have 2 bachelor's degrees and I'm planning on starting a master's soon. So maybe you have a PhD, that would certainly make you more educated than me, but I doubt the average blueblooder has a PhD. BTW loathing is my middle name, if you couldn't already tell. As for me taking trips, yes I have been outside of this country. But you wouldn't catch me dead in one of those muslim cesspool countries unless I had an M-16 in my hand.

I have an idea because I read your site biography, "bio:
i was born during the cold war of the 20th century, the most violent century in the history of man. i didn't talk for two years. i still don't talk much. i could read by the age of three. my school grades were good - not great - but only because i don't want them to be great. i can do anything. i learned three foreign languages but forgot much of them due to disuse. i have a b.a. in biology and a b.s. in computer science, as well as minors in mathematics and physics. i am going to be a software engineer for the forseeable future. i am moving to new york city within the next two years. i enjoy stargazing, but not in new york city. i enjoy imbibing. i sanded and finished two bookshelves and a nighttable. i ponder highway constrution and bridge and tunnel plans in my spare time. i've driven i-95 from exit 3 of the nj turnpike to providence, ri. i've driven the "one mile" of the cross bronx expressway through east tremont; and i've driven the gowanus expressway through sunset park. i have been to jones beach and i have driven the northern and southern state parkways. i enjoy solving calculus problems. i would do it for fun if i thought there was a point in doing so. i enjoy watching fish swim back and forth. i listen to death metal. i think C++ is g-d's gift to programmers. i like food and sports, occasionally at the same time. i enjoy travel but cannot afford to do so right now. future goals include wading through rice paddies in vietnam, meditating with tibetan monks, and climbing mount everest. you think i am joking."

I don't think you are joking. I think you are a pathetic little joke. You are not exactly cosmopolitan there, buddy. I could point out that the Bush family and the royal family of Saudi Arabia share both friendship and business interests and are very unlikely to blow one another up, but you are clearly closeminded about middle easterners and disagree with your President.

By the way, if you make less than two hundred thousand dollars a year, you will not get any benefit from the Republican tax plan versus the Democratic one. If I ever saw someone who makes less than $200,000 a year, it is you.

YOU are the joke. My life and career have NOTHING to do with the topic of this thread. Go ahead and belittle me, asshole. You obviously have nothing to say. You have stepped over the line, attacking me personally. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Is this the official violate Blue Blood TOS thread or what? Here are the obvious ones the lot of you have violated so far:

    Can I post goatse?
Only if you clearly state your post's content in the subject heading.

Can I use the f-word and be otherwise rude?
Knock yourself out, but please remember there is a fine line between being punk rock and being a fucking dick.

    Can I flame other members?
Blue Blood prefers to allow as free speech as possible. No thin-skinned wusses here. That said, if you hate everyone and have no sense of community, you will eventually wear out your welcome.

Can I post my political views now matter how pig ignorant they are?
Sure, but prepare to be flamed.

Can I post personal stuff about other people?
    No.

    The FAQ is over here.

Thanks. I don't care if you call me ignorant or if you post your own ignorant comments, but I have never posted anyone's personal information or used anything I know about their life to attack them. I do have my limits.
