I can't decide if I should get set up to go to New Orleans this year. I know a bunch of folks that will be there. I keep going back and forth. Sometimes I'm into the idea, and then I'm not. Hard to say.

I am going to a mansion bed and breakfast for Halloween weekend. It is in Kalamazoo. I do this every year, different hotels though. I am staying in the Italian room and the French room. No shit, that is crazy. I was a bartender at Waldo's Campus Tavern and live right nextdoor to it (oh the afterhour parties at my house were crazy, the whole bar walk right over...haha)

this will be my 3rd year in a row to do a show on halloween. it's a kind of lame show, but it pays well & is at a really fucking great venue this year. (verizon wireless theater in houston) thankfully, halloween is on a sunday this year, so most of the good parties will happen the night before. that way I get to enjoy halloween & *then* perform.

Me and my friends have been engineering a set of suits for the holiday....We all have black Holocaust Cloaks with Hoods...we have ripped them up a bit to look tattered...
We have all bought a Different demon mask and are goin to walk around scaring ppl as demons in a pack

What we have engineered though is a flame thrower system....The ends of the sleeves of our costumes we have sewn heat and flame resistant material into them and on the out side of them...
We have a tank of compressed and mixed Acetaline gas on our back..Like a portable cutter kit but with more pressure...

We have rigged a sparker that we can hold in our palms and Ignite the Acetaline...
The other night we finally got the formula right with the acetaline and compressed air and we were shooting flames out of our sleeves 15 - 20 ft into the air...

At the bottom of the cloak we have made a resivoir to hold Dry Ice and water....So that when the two are mixed it lookes like we are walking on smoke...It just boils out from beneath our cloaks... When all this is put together it makes for one eerie scene...

Probally after we get done terrorizing ppl or before we get put in jail we are going to a Large All Hallows Eve party that has been dubbed the festival of pain...From what I have heard it is a large group of diverse ppl and there are NO LIMITS to what goes on...Everything from a costume party to Worship of Satan...Kinda like a Very twisted Mardi Gras for the Wicked Minions on earth...
Sounds like a blast to me...
