Burroughs would have been a better example than mine in the pop culture memoir category. My only explanation for his inexcusable lack of inclusion is that I have a toothache which is impacting my brain.

I believe "Chelsea Handler" is now a felony without a filming permit. Beyond that I'm with Mr K.

Quite liked Agatha Christie as a kid. Does it count as "hip" if she was still around at the time?

You must be ill. You suggested I contributed something of worth.

It's decidedly serious. Lie down, take some Tylenol, and get well soon.

i normally stick to horror on about everything. books, comics, movies etc.
Love clive barker, blake, lovecraft and some stephen kings both sober and when he was doing coke.

but i gotta say my all time favorite book has got to be a clockwork orange by anthony burgess. the movie that stanley kubrick made of it did it no justice whatsoever

and I've got a copy of harlan ellison's angry candy. which is full of short stories he did. they're kinda hit and miss with me as far as interest but his writing style is pretyt impressive, i'd read more of his stuff if i ever felt like trekking to bookmans
