I'd sooner suggest deleting bot threads with no real replies, since keeping them here still leaves them accessible to search engine bots gathering their profile links to establish page ratings, and they therefore still serve their bot-masters' nefarious purposes.
The 'Promotional' aspect still serves the distinct purpose of giving people a place to have their non-blueblood-approved promotions ignored. Whether or not that's a good thing, I haven't made up my mind on.

yeah, I might actually be interested in reading some real promotions from real members, but I don't know which ones those are (if any)
