not technically a movie, but lately I've really enjoyed the anime Helsing. offer's a real unique fresh approach to the vampire/ vamp hunter mythos, and manges to be dark, dramatic, and still funny, and entertainging enough to hold my attention, which I find to be rare in most uninspired, unoriginal anime's today.

I enjoyed Underworld, Interview with the Vampire, and Bram Stoker's Dracula, although I don't think any of them would rate in my top 20 films of all time.

In the "so bad they're great" category, the John Carpenter's Vampires films are fucking hilarious.

Well, it's just gotta be the original Dracula with Bela Lugosi. There is something strangely seductive about him (besides the fact that he is a Vampire, which is alluring in itself)
The Daughter of Dracula was also impressive, good storyline.

Not a Vampire movie per-se, but my favorite Vampire scene is from Waxwork...just the right amount of gore and sensuality.

Interview with a Vampire was a wonderful story and the movie portrayed it well. Queen of the Damned....great (if you've never read the books) Can't decide who makes a sexier Lestat though...

Interview with the vampire and queen of the damned... definetly.
Probably I am so exited about these movies because I read the books by Anne Rice... love her...

I really liked 'Interview with a Vampire', even if it is a step from being gay porn. And to think I went to the movies and watched it with my mom!
And I loved that film about the guys who filmed 'Nosferatu'. You know the one with Willem Dafoe.

    ... scary, scary!

The original Bela Lugosi, and the 1992 version of Francis Ford Coppolas Dracula have been my favs to date. The 1922 version of Nosfeatu was extremely well done also

How about a funny one like "Love Bites." Chris Makepeace and Grace Jones were so cheesy.

OH! and that one where Nic Cage thinks he's turning into a vampire? That one is fucking hilarious!

Hollywood Vampyre: the plot is just so great! and its an Indie film

Interview with the Vampire: oooh. Very good acting, by people you wouldn't suspect would be good at vampire roles.
