What hobby do you want to do, but havent tried yet?

Drag racing is a lot of fun...Especially if your an adrenaline Junky Like me...
My dad has a 74 Plymouth Baracuda...We built it from the ground up to be as fast as posible in the 1/4....From the time you leave the line till the time you shut it down ....Nothing but pure adrenaline...120+MPH in 1/8 mile is pretty cool...

That sounds perfect. I imagine that the work that goes into that is all consuming, which has it's upside and it's downside. I think the trick with a hobby, for me anyway, is not to turn it into work. That's kinda why the hang gliding appeals to me. It's kinda simple. Not terribly competitive. But either one sounds like a great time.

i've rock climbed my hole live is that similar there is quite abit of repelling done to get to some spots,my basment is like 20years of climbing stuff i fiqure i could make a store out of one day (much is quite unused)

But one I havent gotten around to it spinning wool. Oh and stained glass. But they are getting up there on the list now. So maybe soon.

rock climbing/rappeling (my school has this rope course that got me hooked)
kyacking/canoing(river/lake/camping trip stuff)
hiking,biking,
i'm a ski and snowboard instructor(and love teaching people to do it)
chainmail, woodcarving light metal work(mostly involving sheetmetal and some minor car repair which was still awesome heating and bending the metal)
and countless sports and other physical things

I used to write music, way back at the age of 13. I'm kind of embarrassed by it because everything I wrote was four-channel and had bad samples, the kind you could find for free online. I'd like to get into making my own samples, and sample-editing, but the only freeware program for that is Japanese - I'm trying to learn my way around it anyway, though.

I also learned some German, and I'm trying to get up to fluency.

I'd like to go into sewing. I'd also like to get to a more advanced level of cooking, particularly vegan and vegetarian cooking. Oh! - I want to make my own ginger ale.

Then there's aikido, jiu jitsu, and jeet kune do. I've done jiu jitsu and Tae Kwan Do a bit, but we moved away from those studios. A jeet kune do studio is hard to find - there aren't very many of them.

I'm getting into computer programming also - for right now, I'm trying to give myself a good crash-course in advanced C++ programming, so I can make a GNU 3D engine or something like that and make a name for myself. Then I'll see what I can do with the credentials.

Aside from that, I'd like to get into building and flying ultralight aircraft (especially gyrocopters), and just perfecting some basic technical skills (welding, circuit design, airbrushing, etc.) to help me with some hobbies I'd like to go into in the future, and some ideas where I'd like to make prototypes and then secure patents.

I just started on robotics earlier this month - getting a lot of the equipment I needed was $150 right out, and that doesn't even count the rotary tool, which I think costs another $150. Fortunately, these are really just general electronics tools, so they're across-the-board electronics. Robotics is simply my starting hobby in the whole "electronics" field (unless you count computers - I don't 'cause you don't really do anything substantial inside them).

In terms of robotics, there's still all the stuff I need for each individual project - resistors, capacitators, servos (until I start making bigger bots that use gas engines and hydraulics, anyway), microcontrollers, integrated circuit chips... I've heard some of those can be bought in bulk, so maybe it won't be too much of a problem.

I'm not sure though - I'm starting to think drugs would have been a cheaper hobby.

Oh! And I've done jazz-dancing (jitterbug), and sometime soon I want to find a studio and get to more advanced levels with it. Other dancing styles might be fun too.

I've done parachuting, scuba diving, gliding, hang gliding, mountaineering, walking, running, bicycling, swimming, making things in wood and metal and plastic and out of mashed potato.

I'd fancy being a semi-professional breast holder.
