    Default Reading Matter

    No, not books, magazines.

Which music magazines are worthy of your time? I get three regularly: Gothic, Orkus and Zillo. The latter two always have a cd included with new (and well-known) groups featured and occasional dvds and are all worth the pretty high price (4,00, 4,95 and 6,95 respectively).

My favorite music magazines are Spin, Older Rolling Stone, Vibe and I used to read an industry magazine that I cannot remember the name of.

I subscribe to the Gothic & Lolita Bible, that's my favorite magazine. I also like Girlfriends, Metal Maniacs, The Advocate, and Gothic Beauty.

My favorite zine of all time is Cometbus by Aaron Elliott. I used to read the aforementioned MRR and a lot of smaller punk zines in the Bay Area in the 1990s. I've been known to still pick up Propaganda amongst other glossy "gothic" zines

I used to read Weekly World News while in Belize, now I read bits and pieces of it online. There is a radio station here which took WWN seriously, and quoted from it many times; resulting in many red faces when I pointed out the error of their ways ...

I pay no attention whatsoever to the music business. I just subscribe to Vogue because they put my credit card number on their forever list in the black hole of the credit card universe. So the Vogue magazine just comes and comes...

That's what TIME does to me, except that I recall the payment at the start of each year and they don't seem to notice ...

I dont have a subscription, but White Dwarf is the Best Magazine in My opinion.

Game Informer Reviews suck, but they feature awesome games, adds, etc.

    Black Gobbo is also awesome.

Im not sure what Citadel Journal is, but its also a good Magazine-ish type of reading Material.

When I was younger, I used to buy Metal Hammer, because of the compilation cds. Later I bought Sonic Seducer, for the compilation cds. Well, and for the sake of seeing myself in some festival special, heh.
Right now, there isn't any particular magazine I'd enjoy.
Besides, maybe, that Warschauer mag. I've bought it once, there's alot of great underground punk and ska stuff on their cd, but I haven't seen it anymore since then. Plus I think it might be a Berlin-only mag.

I've seen it here, well away from Berlin!, but it didn't do a great deal for me, to be honest. I also tried Sonic Seduser for a while or two, but left it in the end.
